I recently stayed at Apartamentos Conde Duque Deco for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and bus stops, as well as a short walk to the palace and center of the city. The apartment was fully equipped and secure, with a lift from the car park. I appreciated having a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was excellent value for money.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the city centre and conveniently located near a shopping mall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with comfortable beds and fully equipped facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable.

The customer service could be improved, as some guests experienced difficulties with late checkouts and unclear communication regarding additional charges.

The studio at Apartamentos Conde Duque Deco was amazing! It had a kitchen where I could cook my own meals, a cozy sofa to relax on, and even a washing machine! The room was so comfortable and made me feel right at home.

The flat-screen TV made our movie nights jaw-dropping. The lift was a blessing for our heavy luggage. We loved having breakfast in the outdoor dining area. And the best part? We could bring our furry friend along because pets were allowed. Plus, the whole place was smoke-free. AMAZING stay!
